Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies
I have made these 3 times in the past 3 days, and I have to confess, I’ve only shared a few…um, ya, they are kinda addictive! I used chocolate chips once and cacao chips the other times. I like them both ways. I also think they would be extra delicious crumbled atop of some homemade ice vanilla ice cream…ooohhh, that sounds nice. I’ll try it out for ya π Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Slow Cooker Apple Butter
So what started out as a great idea for Christmas presents has turned into a labor of love, but after my 4th batch of doubling the recipe I am becoming quite the apple butter makin’ workhorse! AND THEN…my sweet friend loaned my an apple corer/peeler/chopper and my life changed! I ordered a crate of apples from our local apple guy and went to work! […]
Chocolate Cake
I was searching for a yummy chocolate cake recipe for a friend of mine and came across this on nourishingmeals.com. I didn’t use the frosting recipe included on the post, but instead I made some Cashew Cream Frosting. I thought it worked really well with the cake but the color […]
