This is yummy! I don’t really like to eat cantaloupe as it is, but blend it up in a smoothie and ooowee, it is tastey 🙂
1/4-1/2 of cantaloupe (chopped in chunks with seeds removed)
1/4 C coconut milk
few pieces of ice
Blend and drink up!
Here’s another good Cantaloupe smoothie:
2 cup(s) diced cantaloupe
1/3 cup(s) diced peach
1 tablespoon honey
3 ice cubes
From Lime, grate ½ tsp. peel and squeeze 2 Tble juice. In blender, combine lime peel, lime juice, cantaloupe, peach, honey and ice and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into 1 tall glass.
