Apple Oat Breakfast Bowl

Breakfast bowl option #2 🙂 Apples are now in swing at the market so this is a perfect morning meal.

Apple Oat Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oats
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 C almond milk (or enough to cover the mixture)
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter (…or 2 or 3 if you like it “mandy style”)
  • handful of raisins

Directions

  1. Add oats, coconut, and chia seeds to a bowl.
  2. Pour milk over mixture and let chia seeds soak for 15 minutes (works best overnight).
  3. Add remaining ingredients and eat up! Yum!
