I have made these 3 times in the past 3 days, and I have to confess, I’ve only shared a few…um, ya, they are kinda addictive! I used chocolate chips once and cacao chips the other times. I like them both ways. I also think they would be extra delicious crumbled atop of some homemade ice vanilla ice cream…ooohhh, that sounds nice. I’m still loving my strawberries so of course I use them to dip in this delicious dip, but you can use whatever strikes your fancy 🙂 This is easy peasy to make and will be a nice after dinner treat. Love me some smoothies and popsicles when it’s hot outside. And whew! It’s HOT already! Mushroom and Asparagus Quiche (Dairy and Grain Free)

This can be whipped up in a jiffy. We often eat it for dinner with salad and a smoothie. Also, you don’t have to use asparagus and mushrooms- although the asparagus is mighty delicious and readily available at the farmers market. You can sub an veggie that works for you. This recipe has been a staple in our house for a while now and even though it makes a lot we hardly ever have to much left over for lunch….thanks to my hungry boys.
