Mmm..mmm..good Chili

I used to make this recipe with Buffalo meat but then we lost our source for buffalo 🙁 I have made it with beef as well but it always seemed a bit more exciting with the buffalo. AND THEN my sweet father in law who always blesses us with delicious wild game and fish brought us some ground elk. I used this for the chili and now I know I’m officially spoiled, it was soooooooo…(breath)…soooooooooo….GOOD! Hope you guys enjoy it as well!
