LOVE IT! Once again a food processor will make this super easy, if you don’t have one yet, just get it, I promise you will love it. What I love about this recipe is that #1- it is grain free, #2 it’s crunchy-I love crunchy, #3 simple and fast. You can use this on top of any kind of fruit you like. Don’t tell my dad about this post. He is half Italian and would be pretty upset knowing his good ‘ol pasta is being substituted for squash. Yes, brussel sprouts. You will love it! Just give it a try. I have made this recipe over and over and everyone who thinks they don’t like brussel sprouts likes this recipe.
