Well, you know it wouldn’t be on here if it wasn’t coconut! So here is a super duper easy recipe for a little salty snack.
- 1 C coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- Heat a cast iron skillet for a couple of minutes, then add the flakes.
- Stir until they start to brown on the edges, about 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon and gobble em up! Yum!
