Hummus

This is SUPER easy to make! It makes a great snack or it can also be used as a spread on wraps. I like adding some fresh red pepper for a nice flavor, but you can add what ever you would like to spice it up 🙂

Red Pepper Hummus

1 large can (25oz) garbanzo beans
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 tahini (sesame seed butter)
1/4 lemon juice
4-5 garlic cloves
1 red pepper, optional
salt and pepper
pinch of cayenne, optional

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth
