Seasonal Fruit Breakfast
We eat this breakfast all the time, it just varies a bit depending on what is in season. We just so happen to have some super delicious peaches now and some leftover frozen blueberries from what we picked last month.
1/4 C blueberries
sprinkle of coconut flakes
sprinkle of raw whole oats
walnuts (could also use pecans or almonds)
1/2 C almond milk (or coconut milk or water or nothing 🙂
mix in a bowl and eat it up!
