Apple Oat Breakfast Bowl
Breakfast bowl option #2 🙂 Apples are now in swing at the market so this is a perfect morning meal.
Apple Oat Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp oats
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 C almond milk (or enough to cover the mixture)
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp almond butter (…or 2 or 3 if you like it “mandy style”)
- handful of raisins
Directions
- Add oats, coconut, and chia seeds to a bowl.
- Pour milk over mixture and let chia seeds soak for 15 minutes (works best overnight).
- Add remaining ingredients and eat up! Yum!
