Yes, brussel sprouts. You will love it! Just give it a try. I have made this recipe over and over and everyone who thinks they don’t like brussel sprouts likes this recipe. Makes an excellent side dish for any dinner. Let me know what you think!
Brussel Sprout Delight
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts, thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 chopped walnuts
salt and pepper
Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Add brussel sprouts. Saute until tender, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Drizzle with lemon juice. Add walnuts, salt and pepper. Yum!
