Can you believe my pregnant belly didn’t finish off this entire thing before I got a picture!?! Yay! I finally remembered! This can be whipped up in less than 5 minutes and makes a nice afternoon treat 🙂 Chocolate Chip Cookie 1 egg 1/8tsp vanilla liquid stevia 1/4 C honey 1 cup wet almond meal (leftover after making almond milk) 1/4 C gluten free flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 C chocolate chips or raisins Mix egg, stevia and honey in a bowl.
