I had a bunch of bananas so I decided to make these cookies Sunday morning…and then I decided to eat them for breakfast. We had started stockpiling tomatoes on our counter…between our CSA box, friends and sweet patients who brought us tomatoes we had a TON. So it was time to do make some delicious sun-dried tomatoes!
