I had a bunch of bananas so I decided to make these cookies Sunday morning…and then I decided to eat them for breakfast. And hey, when it all good stuff going in, why not eat them for breakfast? 🙂 Banana Oatmeal Cookies 2 C rolled oats 2/3 C almonds 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 C bananas (about 3 bananas) 1/4 C coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla 1 C raisins Preheat oven to 350. We had started stockpiling tomatoes on our counter…between our CSA box, friends and sweet patients who brought us tomatoes we had a TON. So it was time to do make some delicious sun-dried tomatoes! Orange Peach Smoothie

Knock your socks off- this is pure deliciousness!!! Easy, easy and easy, we like that 🙂 If you haven’t picked up peaches from the farmers market yet then GO, they are so juicy right now. Perfect for eating fresh and making smoothies and the raw peach cobbler. (http://eatinginnately.com/?s=peach+cobbler).
